The Boro are looking to bounce back from their defeat against Bristol City which saw them concede two goals in the first half — leaving them sitting in ninth place in the Championship.
Sheffield United are currently sat in fourth place and are also looking to bounce back from their last game which were a 2–0 defeat to Leeds United.
Last time the home side welcomed United to the Riverside, it ended in a 2–2 draw so The Blades will be looking to be heading back home with three more points on the board.
Chris Wilder will be making a return to the Riverside after his dismissal from the club in 2022 where he managed a total of 45 games.
Wilder has confirmed that Gustavo Hamer is available for the game- a fiery player that Boro fans are aware of from his time at Coventry City.
You can watch the game live on Wednesday night on Sky Sports Football/ Main Event.
