The weekend, hosted by the one and only Tommy Sandhu and BBC Asian Network DJs, KanDMan and Limelight, will feature a host of local, national and international artists, culminating with not one but two full live band performances from Bhangra legends DCS and headline act Jaz Dhami.
Multi-award winning DCS are a force to be reckoned with in the Bhangra Industry having spanned four decades of live music. They are renowned for their high energy performances and have earned their legendary status producing sounds for all generations.
International superstar Jaz Dhami will be flying in directly from Mumbai to Middlesbrough to entertain the crowds, performing some of his massive party anthems such as High Heels as well as fresh new music from his brand new album Pieces of Me.
Across the weekend festival-goers can also enjoy a fantastic range of food stalls with options to eat from all around the world.
Keen shoppers will be entertained by the popular and eclectic bazaar, and there will be family fun for everyone including arts, crafts, games and plenty of opportunities to get involved.
Thrill-seekers can experience all the fun of the fair at the funfair supplied by W Crow & Son. With everything from the exhilarating Exciter ride to classic dodgems, there will be a ride suitable for everyone.
