A lower drink-drive limit, with a zero tolerance for new drivers and tougher penalties would make roads safer according to Police and Crime Commissioner Matt Storey. 

Works to improve road safety along a key Middlesbrough got underway yesterday.  

There has been a renewed to drivers over dangerous school parking. 

In order to keep everyone safe on the roads this winter, Cleveland Fire Brigade along with the Cleveland Road Safety Partnership is offering motorists a free drive-thru vehicle safety check.
