REMINDER ISSUED OVER RECYCLING RIGHTS AND WRONGS

Middlesbrough residents are being reminded of recycling dos and don'ts.

Over the past two weeks a dip sample has been carried out on blue-lidded bins to assess the levels of items people put into their recycling which they shouldn't.

Residents across Middlesbrough are reminded that household green waste collections remain suspended.

MIDDLESBROUGH residents are reminded that they have until Friday, October 30 to give their views on a proposal for bigger bins and a move to fortnightly collections.

A FURTHER call has been made for nominations to find people who have made a real difference to resident's lives in Middlesbrough over the last 12 months.
