Inspirational former nurse raising awareness on mesothelioma

A FORMER nurse diagnosed with incurable lung cancer is educating people of the risks posed by asbestos and breathing in deadly fibres.
An international event jointly organised by a local cancer charity and a Middlesbrough women’s club was a great success.
A special gathering at the weekend will bring together people from all backgrounds, races and religions in the name of peace.
