Vacancies, apprenticeships and training will be on the agenda to help residents plan for the future.
Middlesbrough Unlocked takes place on Tuesday June 22 between 10am and 4pm in the Town Hall Crypt.
Dozens of employers are confirmed for the event, including Thirteen, Cleveland Police and Ormesby Hall.
The National Careers Service, Jobcentre Plus and several training providers will also have stalls, with the day coordinated by Middlesbrough Community Learning.
Cllr Stephen Hill, Executive Member for Education, said: "The difficulties caused by Covid have made it tougher for lots of people to find a job, so it's great that we can bring all this knowledge and advice together at one event.
"Anyone looking for information on jobs, education and training courses can come along to get specialist help and all kinds of support."
Social housing providers, drug and alcohol services and charities will also be at the event.
No booking is required.
