The snowdrop walk is being held from 12pm to 3pm on Sunday, February 25.
It is a special event to raise funds for Child Bereavement UK, a charity which supports families and educates professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement.
Individual snowdrops will be on sale on the day and a book of remembrance donated by a bereaved family will be available to sign.
Alan Titchmarsh, the charity’s patron, said: “The snowdrop walk is a special day to remember the babies and children who have died and the many children bereaved each year.
“It is an opportunity to admire the stunning scenes in the winter months.”
Entrance to the event is free; however donations for the snowdrops will be gratefully received.
So join us at Hardwick Park, Sedgefield, Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland TS21 2BD and help us to help families to rebuild their lives after child bereavement.
