Christmas Town Winter Wonderland at Newham Grange

Published November 29, 2021 By

Families can enjoy all the fun at the farm this festive season as Newham Grange Farm is transformed into a delightful Winter Wonderland.

Featuring a Festive Farm, Santa's Grotto and Christmas Afternoon Tea, there are plenty of opportunities to make some magical memories that will be cherished forever.

Transformed into Christmas Town, the Festive Farm's Winter Wonderland includes spinning clock towers, Mrs Claus, Candy Cane Lane, an elf village, a Christmas-themed trail, stories, arts & crafts and reindeer food to take home for Santa and his sleigh.

Visits to Santa's Grotto include meeting Santa and the opportunity for children to let him know what is on their wish-list. Each child will also receive a ‘Nice List' ticket and a small gift.

Christmas Afternoon Tea in the cosy party room offers a selection of sandwiches, savouries, sweet treats, hot chocolate and a small gift for children.

Farm mascots Daisy and Dan will also make a special appearance to greet children and their families and spread some Christmas cheer.

Councillor Mieka Smiles, Middlesbrough Deputy Mayor and Executive member for Culture & Communities, said: "Newham Grange Farm is going to be so magical this Christmas and we can't wait for all of our visitors to enjoy the festive fun.

"The farm is such a well-loved place in Middlesbrough and we know families will be delighted by Christmas Town and all it has to offer.

"We definitely recommend getting booked in quickly if you're planning to visit as it will be so popular!"

All activities run from 10am to 4pm on December 4 & 5, December 11 & 12 and December 18 to 24.

Admission to the Festive Farm is £7.50 plus 50p booking fee per person and children under two go free.
