The event runs from 9:30am until 3pm.
There will be lots of great activities including cake and cookie decorating and a ‘Row the Tees’ challenge!
As well as delicious cakes and coffee, the morning will give people the opportunity to find out more about the Live Well Centre cancer awareness services including the Stop Smoking service.
The Live Well Centre also runs healthy heart checks and cervical screening. Appointments for these are being offered on the day which should be booked in advance.
The Live Well Centre is based inside the Dundas Shopping Centre in the heart of Middlesbrough.
The event promises to be a great day with lots to get involved in.
