HALF way through its six year programme, Ageing Better Middlesbrough is sharing what has been learned.

AGEING Better Middlesbrough has teamed up with Debenhams and the Hillstreet Centre to revamp its monthly get together for the over 50s at the Debenhams Café.

From clay modelling and jewellery making to Bollywood dancing and table games, Ageing Better Middlesbrough has released its latest programme of free taster sessions for people aged 50 and over.

More than 100 people learned how to mix spices to create traditional South Asian flavours as part of Community For Life’s work with Ageing Better Middlesbrough.
