PARKING charges are set to return to Middlesbrough's car parks and on-street bays from next week.
SOUTH Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is increasing car parking charges at The James Cook University Hospital and the Friarage Hospital to enable further improvements to be made to car parking facilities.
