A unique postcard project called ‘Rainbow Friends' has been set up to offer friendly messages to older and younger people in our area.
Thanks to Ageing Better Middlesbrough more than 3,000 people aged 50 and over are better connected to their communities, and have more opportunity to get out and try new activities.
Community Voice FM (CVFM) Ltd is not for profit media organisation based in Middlesbrough: we operate a grassroots-led radio station. 104.5 CVFM Radio started broadcasting in August 2009 serving the diverse population of Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas.
