CEO Sleepout

Published November 02, 2017 By

CEO Sleepout will see business leaders from across the UK give up their bed to help those who don’t have one. Participants will be sleeping in Preston Park tonight.

Our very own Idrees Rashid as an active member within voluntary and community sector, he fully recognises that everyone needs a secure place to stay.  That's why on the 2nd November 2017 he will be giving up his warm and cosy bed to help those who don’t have one.

Idrees will be taking part in CEO Sleepout in Middlesbrough/Stockton and will be raising funds for local homelessness charities.

Idress said "My night under the stars (or more than likely cloudy skies and drizzle) will take place at Preston Park Museum and I will be rolling out my sleeping bag to help fight homelessness and poverty across in the Tees Valley area. To do this I need to raise £1,000. Please support me in any way you can."

To donate any amount small or large head over to Idrees justgivng page at https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/idreesrashid

  • If you are interested in ideas, radio is way more pure than television. You’re not distracted by somebody’s nose or hair or posture. You can really see how someone thinks and penetrate to the essence of who that person is. – Terry Gross
