A COURSE giving an insight into mental health awareness is being offered free of charge in Middlesbrough.
The Learning Curve Group are offering the chance to study for a Level 2 certificate in mental health issues for free at North Ormesby Community Hub.
Some of the topics covered include stress, depression and anxiety, postnatal depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, dementia and eating disorders.
